A Giant Mind
AnuBel
I’ve spent decades working inside systems--
and seeing what actually drives them.
Not strategy.
Not structure.
Something deeper.
Most systems don’t break randomly.
They follow a pattern.
When alignment is lost:
people adapt to survive.
I didn’t set out to build a framework.
I set out to understand why this kept happening.
Across relationships, organizations, and systems--
the pattern was the same.
It wasn’t about people.
It was about systems.
Some systems close.
But if systems can close--
they can also open.
Through A Giant Mind,
I help leaders and groups recognize and shift the systems they’re operating in--
restoring clarity, trust, and real movement.
Through AnuBel,
I help individuals reconnect with themselves
and reclaim what was lost inside those systems.
Leadership is not force.
It’s coherence.
I didn’t create this as a theory.
I created it because it was the only way
I found to come back to myself--
and stay there.
and seeing what actually drives them.
Not strategy.
Not structure.
Something deeper.
Most systems don’t break randomly.
They follow a pattern.
When alignment is lost:
- truth distorts
- connection weakens
- people lose clarity
people adapt to survive.
I didn’t set out to build a framework.
I set out to understand why this kept happening.
Across relationships, organizations, and systems--
the pattern was the same.
It wasn’t about people.
It was about systems.

When You Realize You Were the Missing Piece
For a long time, I worked inside other people’s systems.
I helped clarify ideas.
I helped build momentum.
I helped bring things into form.
And I was good at it.
But there was a pattern I couldn’t ignore.
When things started working—
when the team aligned,
when the direction became clear,
when momentum built--
I was no longer needed.
Or more accurately, I was no longer seen as necessary.
At first, I thought that was the goal.
Do great work, help things move forward, and step back.
But over time, I started to notice something deeper.
What I was contributing wasn’t just ideas or strategy.
It was the environment.
Clarity wasn’t just happening.
Alignment wasn’t just happening.
Those things were emerging because of the conditions being created while I was there.
And when I stepped out, those conditions often faded.
--
That’s when something clicked.
I wasn’t just working inside systems.
I was shaping the field those systems operated in.
I was the missing piece—not because of what I did, but because of what I created around it.
--
This changed how I approach my work completely.
I don’t just offer strategy.
I don’t just solve problems.
I create the conditions where:
- people think more clearly
- conversations become more honest
- decisions become more aligned
- and momentum actually holds
That’s the difference between:
- forcing outcomes
- and creating environments where outcomes naturally emerge
--
Most organizations try to fix problems at the surface level.
But the real leverage is underneath that.
In the field that shapes how everything else happens.
And once you see that--
you don’t approach leadership, teams, or systems the same way again.
--
This is the work of A Giant Mind.
Creating the conditions where clarity, alignment, and meaningful momentum naturally emerge.
--
Work With Me
If you’re leading a team, organization, or initiative and something feels off—
not broken, but not fully working--
there’s usually something happening beneath the surface.
That’s where I work.
